No. If you have footage that is good enough, Base will run ads on it from $200 a month. If you do not, the $450 plan includes the filming, which is usually the faster route because the video is built to be an ad rather than adapted into one.

How much should I spend on Facebook ads in Wellington?

The ad spend is separate from the management fee and goes straight to Meta from your own account. Most local businesses starting out are somewhere between $500 and $1,500 a month. The right number depends on what a customer is worth to you, which is the first thing worth working out on the call.

Who owns the ad account and the footage?

You do, both of them. The ad account, the Pixel and every file filmed for you stay in your name. If we stop working together you keep all of it, which is not how every agency does it.
