Consistency beats volume. Two or three good vertical pieces a week, sustained, does more than a burst of daily posting that stops after a fortnight. The point of shooting a month at a time is that the schedule survives a busy month at your end.

Do you write the captions and hooks as well?

Yes. The hook is written before anything is filmed, because it changes what gets shot. Captions are burned into the video rather than left to the platform, which is what makes them readable on mute.

Can you work with footage we film ourselves?

Often, yes. Phone footage shot properly is fine to cut with. It is worth a conversation first, because the difference between usable and unusable is mostly framing and sound, and both are easy to get right once somebody has shown you.
